SCARC Vice-President Pat Rundall will deliver a presentation about Ham Radio Science Citizen Investigation (HamSCI) and the 2024 Solar Eclipse QSO Party

Pat's presentation will help you learn about HamSCI and ham radio involvement with citizen science. Hear how HamSCI plans to use ham radio events - a QSO Party, WSPR nodes, medium and long wave monitoring, Grape WWV receivers - to study the ionosphere during the upcoming North American total solar eclipse, April 8, 2024. Brief discussion of observations made during the October, 2023 annular solar eclipse.

Time: 7 pm presentation, brief club business meeting to follow.
