Story County Amateur Radio Club

The Story County Amateur Radio Club offers a wide variety of opportunities for persons interested in amateur radio. Among the yearly activities are programs on technical topics, radio operating activities, flea markets, and sponsorship of ham radio classes.

The club generally meets on the first Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM. See the Home Page for details about the location and program.

Additional detail on current club events and activities are also published regularly on the SCARC Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/StoryARC/

Interested parties may also join our groups.io online group: https://groups.io/g/W0YL

Annual membership dues are $10 for individual members and $1 each for additional members in the same household. Membership is NOT required to participate in SCARC activities or meetings. Current membership grants individual voting rights for SCARC business.

Most important, however, dues support the ongoing operation of the club and help offset regular expenses such as club liability insurance, web hosting, and costs related to group activities such as Field Day.

If you'd like to join us, please contact our Secretary Claus Niesen (AE0S) and Treasurer Skip Walter (AD0H) via email by clicking this link
